Before archiving the backup jobs, you need to configure the Archive Library.
After configuring the archive library, you can archive the backup jobs as follows:

Log in to the appliance Management Console.

Go to Archive › Libraries.

Click Manually Archive Jobs.

Select the jobs to archive, and then click Archive selected jobs to.

Follow the steps in the wizard to complete archiving.
