This guide is for the managed services providers, and describes the steps necessary to integrate Cloud Backup with Autotask PSA.
The scope of integration is limited to ticketing only, and allows:
sending the monitoring alerts regarding protected endpoints automatically as service tickets to Autotask
selecting the monitoring alerts to send as service tickets to Autotask
binding Autotask service tickets with specific protected endpoints
Prior to integrating, you should configure your Autotask environment properly, and have the following in place:
Autotask endpoint (URL) and an API user
Autotask accounts (companies)
Integration does not suggest automatic creation of accounts (companies) in Autotask. You should create them beforehand.
